STEP 1

First Visit at the Office

  • Digital records and photos may be taken.
  • Your goals are discussed.
  • Scan the QR code to begin the virtual Orthodontic consultation process.
STEP 2

Treatment Plan

  • Our Orthodontist reviews records from both an orthodontic and airway perspective.
  • Typically within days, you meet with our Virtual Treatment Coordinator (via Calendly).

You’ll receive:

  • Go/no-go treatment eligibility.
  • Estimated length of treatment.
  • Anticipated appointments.
  • Possible appliances (expanders and/or aligners for children, aligners for adults).
STEP 3

The Virtual Consultation

  • Flexible payment options (including financing up to 72 months and payments as low as $100/ month).
  • Your next in-office visit is scheduled.
    • Review how Dental Monitoring technology works.

STEP 4

Treatment Begins

  • We deliver your in-office care.
  • ODO’s Virtual Clinical Assistants (VCAs) track your progress remotely through Dental Monitoring.
  • If any issues arise, you’ll have direct message access to ODO’s orthodontic team through the App
